Introduction
Hydraulic manifold block (HMB) is a valve block with many holes drilled in it [1]. Various hydraulic components such as hydraulic valves, pipe joints, pressure gauges, etc. are installed on its outside [2]. Its internal holes are connected to the component channels. Hydraulic integrated circuits are made to achieve system control requirements [3][4]. Hydraulic systems using manifold blocks have the following four characteristics. (1) Reduce the labor of valve and pipeline installation, and use this technology to upgrade and transform existing equipment. (2) Reduce the size and weight of the hydraulic system, and realize more functions in the narrow space near the actuator. (3) Reduce the installation of exposed pipelines and pipeline connections, and reduce the possibility of leakage. (4) Quickly disassemble and replace components without damaging external pipeline connections to improve system applicability.
